Hi, I'm Maria! 👋

I'm the Head of People at Zaigo, based in São Paulo, Brazil. I lead our people strategy, culture, and talent efforts globally, making sure that every person who joins our team finds not just a job, but a place where they can truly thrive.

Building great teams is what drives me. I believe that the right environment, culture, and opportunities can unlock the best in people, and that's exactly what we're working to create at Zaigo every day.

If you're exploring a career here, I'd love to be part of your journey. Don't hesitate to reach out: I'm here to help!
