What the work looks like
You'll own client projects end to end: scoping with the client, designing the product, building it AI-first (Claude Code, Cursor — whatever makes you fastest), and shipping at a pace most teams wouldn't believe. Our engineers typically run 3–6 projects in parallel. Recent examples: an AI document-compliance tool for a professional services firm, and a structured-data platform built from five years of public-company filings.
Who we're looking for
- A senior full-stack engineer (5+ years) who has lived in fast-moving startup environments
- You think like a product owner — you decide what's best for the user, you don't wait for tickets
- Your UI work has real polish. There's no excuse anymore for shipping something that looks bad
- You're AI-native: these tools are already at the center of how you build
- Bonus: you've run your own business, product, or freelance practice
